After hours emergency : $150/hr + GST

There are no extra charges for outcalls or for weekend work. Our offices are manned 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

VOIP and Telephony

Lastly, we wont host your email on the same server as your website. Email is too important and needs to be on a dedicated server with multiple failovers. For most clients, we recommend hosting your email in the cloud.

We use Drupal as the starting point for most sites as it is a cms that knows no limits.

Costs for developing a website depend on the size and features required. Sites which require logo design, photo retouching and flash animations typically cost more.

A 5 page corporate website, with cms will typically cost $2000

The same site with more custom features and flash animations will cost $5000

A website for a large organization with dynamic content and custom programming will typically cost $15000

Email and Webhosting

Email and Hosting are aspects of your IT infrastructure which are most often overlooked.

Email is critical to your business. If your email goes down, things can get serious in a matter of minutes. Lost email is lost forever, and is impossible to trace. Clients will be left wondering why you are no replying and your staff may miss out on important messages. Productivity goes out the door.

An ideal email system should have the following features -

1. Multiple failovers. If one network or machine goes down, something else should be pick up the slack automatically. All email should be automatically backed up.
2. No limits. You should have to worry about the number of email accounts, attachment sizes or storage your email is using.

4. Portable - You should be able to access your email from anywhere from any web connected device.

Networking

The network is the cornerstone of your IT infrastructure. It is a mission critical component and must be professionally configured and maintained. We can setup, upgrade and maintain Windows and Linux based networks delivering all the functionality you need with rock solid stability.

Our network philosophy consists of 4 main components :

Security.
Protect your data from malicious hackers, viruses, trojans and other intrusions - while seamlessly allowing your staff to do their jobs.

Speed.
The network should be invisible to you and your staff - a sluggish network saps productivity.

Reliability.
Network downtime is not a fact of life can can be eliminated with a professionally configured setup that includes fail-over and backups.

Installing expensive hardware and software is not a recipe for an efficient network. We try to eliminate needless duplication and capacity so you can see a quick return on your network investment.

When possible, we use open source software under the GNU public license to power routers, PBX switches and network appliances to keep software licensing costs low. Open source software is generally more secure and requires less hardware than commercial versions.
